Fraxir Copyright Infringement Policy

At Fraxir, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Copyright Infringement Policy outlines the procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims on our platform. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please follow the procedures outlined below.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement:
   - To report a copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our support team at info@fraxir.com. Your notice should include the following information:
     - Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
     - Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on the Fraxir platform.
     - Sufficient information to allow us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
     - A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
     - A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Actions upon Receiving a Valid Claim:
   - Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement claim, we will promptly investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
   - If we determine that a user has engaged in copyright infringement, we may take any of the following actions, at our discretion:
     - Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
     - Notify the user responsible for the infringement and request the removal of the infringing material.
     - Take other appropriate action, such as issuing warnings or suspending or terminating the user's account in cases of repeated or severe infringements.

3. Counter-Notification:
   - If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our support team at info@fraxir.com.
   - Your counter-notification should include the following information:
     - Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location on the Fraxir platform.
     - A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
     - Sufficient information to allow us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
     - A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction in which Fraxir is incorporated, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification.

4. Repeat Infringers:
   - We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, suspending, or terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
